Case Management
J&J Home Care, Inc. provides Case Management services that are required within the DD waiver. We monitor and ensure implementation of all other services within the waiver. Case Managers make sure certain individuals are receiving all needed services and are in compliance with regulations.
J&J Home Care, Inc. has offices in Artesia, Roswell, Hobbs and Clovis, we Case Manage individuals in 9 counties of southeast NM; Guadalupe, Quay, De Baca, Curry, Roosevelt, Lincoln, Chaves, Eddy, and Lea.
